布氏田鼠剖腹产净化技术的建立

摘　　要：目的对本实验室饲育的布氏田鼠孕鼠实施剖宫取胎,获得快速净化布氏田鼠种群的技术方法。方法采用剖腹产手术对布氏田鼠进行子宫摘除,使用产过一胎母性良好并且同期产子的ICR雌鼠进行代乳,观察代乳雌鼠对布氏田鼠幼仔的母性及仔鼠成活率。结果对6只布氏田鼠进行剖腹产手术,成功取出38只布氏田鼠的幼仔,剖腹产仔鼠成活率100%,离乳成活率为15.79%。结论初步确立了布氏田鼠剖腹产手术的技术方法,代乳ICR雌鼠代乳18 d后开始食仔,造成仔鼠18 d后大量死亡。解决代乳雌鼠食仔问题是提高代乳仔鼠成活率的关键,因此代乳的技术流程需进一步优化。Objective To develop a quick and efficient technique for cleaning the Brandt＇s vole after cesarean section. Meth- ods The neonatal Brandt＇s voles were fostered by SPF ICR mice. The foster mother mice were selected from the SPF 1CR mice which had given birth to babies the second or the third time and had carefully feed their pups in ban＇ier system. Survival rate of cesarean section and the livability of the Brandt＇s vole＇s offspring were calculated. Results Thirty - eight Brandt＇s vole pups were successfully obtained from 6 pregnant Brandt＇s vole by cesarean section. The survival rate of cesarean section in Brandt＇s vole was 100%, the livability of the offspring of Brandt＇s vole was only 15.79%. Conclusion The cesarean section technique of Brandt＇s vole was successfully established in this experiment. In order to improve the livability of the Brandt＇s vole＇s off- spring, the foster nursing process should be optimized.
