外部质控血清在艾滋病检测网络实验室质量控制中的作用

摘　　要：目的完善朝阳区艾滋病检测网络实验室室内质量控制,促进朝阳区艾滋病检测网络实验室的规范化建设。方法对27家艾滋病检测网络实验室各发放外部质控血清,定期回报外部质控血清S/CO值,绘制质控图,并进行分析。结果根据检测日期分为三个阶段,质控血清W每个阶段S/CO值合格率均较高,且第三阶段合格率最高。结论通过外部质控的经常性监测,可以及时发现各筛查实验室存在的问题,及时改进;检测方法有了新变化后,能够快速反映在外部质控的数据变化中。使艾滋病筛查中心实验室能够准确掌握各筛查实验室的信息,根据实际情况调整外部质控品。在一定程度上提升了朝阳区艾滋病筛查实验室的整体检测水平。Objective To perfect the internal quality control of HIV - screening network - laboratory, and accelerate the stand- ardized construction of HIV - screening laboratory in Chaoyang district. Methods External quality control serum were provided to 27 HIV - screening network - laboratories. The S/CO value of external quality control serum was presented in control graph to report back every week for analysis. Results Of the three stages divided by test date, the S/CO acceptability was the highest in the third stage. Conclusion It is necessary to maintain surveillance on the S/CO value of quality control serum, which can timely find and solve the existing problems in HIV - screening laboratories, grasp the accurate information of laboratories, thus improving the overall detection level of HIV - screening network - laboratory in Chaoyang district to some extent.
