摘 要:目的探讨本地区老年体检人群血清尿酸(uA)水平与临床多种并发疾病之间关系。方法在本院体检856例老年体检人群为研究对象,检测UA及血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-12)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、HDL—C/LDL—C、HDL—C/TC水平;根据uA水平分为高尿酸血症组与正常uA(对照组),讨论其与临床多种并发疾病的关系。结果高尿酸血症组为205例,占23.95%,60~岁、70~岁、80~岁年龄组高尿酸血症分别为15.43%、31.23%、54.17%;与对照组比较,高尿酸血症组FBG、HDL—C、HDL—C/LDL—C、HDL—C/TC水平明显降低,TC、TG、LDL—C水平均明显升高;患高脂血症(HLP)、冠心病(CHD)、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病(DM)、脑梗死等临床多种并发疾病患病率明显高于对照组。结论老年人高尿酸血症发病率较高,有随年龄增长患病率明显增加趋势,与代谢综合征密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid (UA) level and multiple clinical diseases in eld- erly health examination population in Haining region. Methods Eight hundred and fifty - six elderly people for health examina- tion were taken as research objects. The levels of UA, fasting blood glucose ( FBG), total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride ( TG), low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C ), HDL - C/LDL - C and HDL- C/TC were detected in this population; Then this population was divided into hyperuricemia group and normal UA group ( control group) according to UA level to discuss the relationship between these indexes and multiple concurrent diseases. Results There were 205 cases in hyperuricemia group, accounting for 23.95%, and the percentages of hyperuricemia were 15.43%, 31.23%, 54.17% in 60 ~ years old, 70- years old and 80 - years old respectively; Compared with the control group, the levels of FBG, HDL - C, HDL - C/LDL - C HDL - C/TC were significantly lower in hyperuricemia group, but the levels of TC, TG and LDL- C significantly increased; The prevalence of hyperlipidemia (HLP), coronary heart disease (CHD), obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus (DM), cerebral infarction and other clinical concurrent diseases were signifi- cantly higher in hyperuricemia group than those in control group. Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia shows an in- creasing trend with age in elderly population, and it is closely related to the metabolic syndrome.
