低甲醛释放高强度共缩聚树脂胶粘剂研制

摘　　要：用普通甲醛-尿素-三聚氰胺共缩聚树脂胶粘剂生产的刨花板强度、吸水厚度膨胀率、甲醛释放量不能同时兼顾。通过对共缩聚树脂胶粘剂合成工艺、三聚氰胺加入量的研究,生产出了高静曲强度、低吸水厚度膨胀率、低甲醛释放量的刨花板。该共缩聚树脂贮存期可达1个月。Generally, it is very difficult that the particleboards produced with formaldehyde-urea-melamine co-condensation resin adhesivs, have simultaneously the high strength, good thickness swelling rate and low free-formaldehyde emission. Through adjusting the synthetic process of co-condensation resin and the amount of adding melamine, we successfully produced the particleboards with high strength, good thickness swelling rate and low free-formaldehyde emission, and also the MUF-resin had the storage life one month.
