摘  要:以钒钛铁精矿和煤粉为原料,聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了铁精矿粒度、粘结剂加入量、压强、水分含量等因素对钒钛铁精矿内配碳球团抗压强度和下落强度指标的影响,并对其影响规律进行了分析。结果表明:影响球团抗压强度的主次因素依次为粘结剂加入量、压强、铁精矿粒度、水分含量,影响球团下落次数的主次因素依次为粘结剂加入量、水分含量、铁精矿粒度、压强。得出优化的压力成球工艺参数为:铁精矿粒度-74μm粒级占70%、粘结剂加入量0.5%、压强10 MPa、水分含量8%。此条件下制备的球团抗压强度为78.74 N,下落次数为31.6次。With vanadium-titanium iron concentrate agent, influences of factors including particle size content, on compression strength and falling-strength and coal powder as raw materials, polyvinyl alcohol as binding of concentrate, addition of binding agent, pressure and moisture of carbon-containing pellets and corresponding influencing law were studied through a series of single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results showed that the compression strength was affected by the following factors in descending order of priority: addition of binding agent, pressure, particle size of iron ore concentrate and moisture content, while the factors influencing falling times were listed in the following descending order: addition of binding agent, moisture content, particle size of iron concentrate and pressure. The optimized technological parameters were obtained as follows: with iron concentrate at the size fraction of minus -74 μm 70%, addition of binding agent around 0.5%, pressure of 10 MPa and moisture content at 8%, the compression strength of the prepared pellets reached 78.74 N with 31.6 times of fallinz.
