摘 要:为了探索高、低反应性焦炭搭配对高炉块状带含铁炉料还原的影响,通过模拟高炉块状带温度场和气体成分条件,研究了搭配不同比例的高反应性焦炭对含铁炉料静态还原的影响规律。结果表明,在温度为900℃和CO体积分数为32.5%的条件下,随着高反应性焦炭比例的增加,料层中Boudouard反应的发展程度加剧,固体物料温度降低。当高反应性焦炭质量配比为50%时,含铁炉料还原度提高9.13%。因此,高、低反应性焦炭的合理搭配有望能降低高炉冶炼的能耗。In order to investigate the influence of blending cokes with high reactivity and low reactivity on reduction of ferrous burden in lump zone of blast furnace, the influence of different proportion of cokes with high reactivity on static reduction of ferrous burden was studied by simulating temperature field and gas composition in lump zone. Results showed that the Boudouard response in layers of material was intensified and the temperature of solid material fell with an increase in proportion of cokes with high reactivity at a temperature of 900 ~C with CO volume fraction of 32.5%. The reduction degree of ferrous burden was up to 9.13% with mass ratio of high reactivity coke around 50%. It is concluded that the proper blending of cokes with high and low reactivity is expected to reduce the energy consumption in smelting process of blast furnace.
