摘 要:内蒙古某钼钨多金属矿主要以氧化钼为主,伴生金和白钨,矿石性质复杂,浮选出的氧化钼钨精矿品位低(MoO,3%一5.5%,WO,≤1%),通过湿法碱浸提取,生产出含钨钼酸钙(Mo35%,WO,7.7%),通过焙烧脱去杂质和水,和辅料(主要有铁屑、铝粒、硅铁和硝石等)进行配料混合,经炉外法熔炼最终生产出钼钨铁合金,解决了钨钼分离的难题,使低品位氧化钼得到了综合回收利用。Abstract: A molybdenum-tungsten polymetallic ore from Inner Mongolia is predominately molybdenum oxide associated with gold and scheelite. Owing to the complicated ore properties, the molybdenum oxide and tungsten oxide concentrates by flotation are of low-grade, with MoO3 content of 3% ~ 5.5% and WO5 less than 1%, respectively. A wet alkaline leaching process was adopted to prepare tungsten-bearing calcium molybdate with Mo and W03 content of 35% and 7.7%, respectively. After the impurities and water therein were removed by a roasting process and auxiliary materials including mainly scrap iron, aluminum particles, ferrosilicon and saltpeter were added for blending, Mo-W-Fe alloy was ultimately produced after smelting by outside furnace process. With this approach, the puzzle of W/Mo separation can be averted, and a comprehensive utilization of low-grade molybdenum oxide can be actualized.
