摘  要:利用某公司1450冷连轧机板形闭环控制系统的板形检测原理及其控制策略进行带钢轧制时,带钢横向温差导致沿带钢宽度方向上变形抗力不同,由于该板形控制系统未考虑带钢横向变形抗力对板形测量的影响,板形控制效果不太理想。针对该板形闭环控制系统的不足,增加了板形目标曲线的变形抗力补偿值。结果表明:增加变形抗力补偿后减少了带钢横向变形抗力不同引起的板形缺陷,提高了板形控制精度。When the flatness measurement principle and control strategy of the flatness control system ot Ansteel 1450 tandem cold mill were used to strip rolling, the transverse temperature difference of the strip led to different deformation resistances along the strip width direction. Because the impact of the transverse deformation resistance on the flatness measurement was not considered in the flatness control system, the controlling effect was not very good. In view of the shortage of the closed loop control system, a compensation for deformation resistance was applied to the flatness target curve. The results indicated that the compensation of deformation resistance reduced the shape defects caused by the deference in transverse deformation resistance and improved the flatness control accuracy.
