摘 要:钠阀的冷冻密封腔室是一个重要的部件,直接关系到钠阀是否会发生泄漏。本文以大口径钠阀的国产化项目为依托,对冷冻密封腔室进行分析与设计。冷冻密封腔室是一个狭小的空间,内部有氩气、液态钠、凝固钠。本文利用FLUENT的冷凝模型结合氩气的基本气体方程,计算冷冻密封腔室内部钠的冷凝情况,确定凝固钠的位置;在此基础上,利用FLUENT计算得到的温度和文献中钠剪切力与温度的关系式,分析钠固封塞的受力情况。最终确定冷冻密封腔室加工尺寸为1.5mm,钠固封塞高度为197mm。The freezing seal chamber is an important part of the sodium valve ,which directly relates to whether the sodium valve will leak or not .In this paper ,the analysis and design were studied for the freezing seal chamber which was based on the large dimension sodium valve localization project .The freezing seal chamber is a small space , which contains argon ,liquid sodium and solid sodium .Using condensation model of FLUENT and combined with basic gas equation for argon , the condensation of the freezing seal chamber was computed and the position of the solid sodium was obtained . Combining the temperature obtained from FLUENT calculation with the correlation of sodium shear force related to temperature , the stress loaded on the sodium solidified plug was analyzed .At last ,the dimension of the freezing seal chamber and the height of the sodium solidified plug were obtained ,which are 1.5 mm and 197 mm ,respectively .
