摘　　要：心理资本是个体在成长和发展过程中表现出的一种积极的心理状态。心理资本的有效开发与构建对于高校贫困生提高人生动力、增强自信心、提高复原力以及培养乐观心态具有重要作用。高校教育工作者可以通过指导贫困生合理制定职业规划、开展心理咨询,以及发挥学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"的联防、助推功能来构建贫困生的积极心理资本。Positive psychological capital is a positive state of mind which is demonstrated in the individual growth and development process. The development and building of psychological capital is helpful to improve life motivation,enhance self-confidence,improve the ability to resist setback and cultivate optimism for poor college students. Thus college educators can enhance the positive psychological capital for the poor college students by the guidance of establishing reasonable professional plan,carrying out psychological consultation,as well as playing the unified role of schools,families and society.
