摘　　要：设计了一副卡车纵梁落料冲孔模,介绍了冲裁力计算、模具材料、上模卸料结构及快换凸模结构。通过组件更换可用一副模具冲出多种相似纵梁零件,做到一模多用,保证了零件质量和冲压稳定性,达到了模具设计的可靠性与经济性相统一的目标。A compound blanking and piercing die for automotive longitudinal beam was de- signed. The calculation of blanking force, the die material, the stripping structure of upper die and the quick change punch structure were introduced. The die can make various simi- lar longitudinal beam parts by changing components; the multiple usages of the die can al- so guarantee the parts quality and stamping stability.
