摘  要:装配式波纹钢板筒仓在粮食存储方面发挥着重要作用。本文根据装配式波纹钢板筒仓中波纹钢板的构造特点,通过将波纹板等效为正交各向异性平板来简化有限元建模及分析过程。在研究偏心荷载简化计算方法基础上,分析了偏心卸料对筒仓受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:仓壁板波纹形状的影响较大,对筒仓的整体受力有利;加强筋处于压弯状态,其弯矩影响不能忽略;偏心卸料的影响很大,很容易引起装配式波纹钢板筒仓结构的破坏,对筒仓的整体受力性能非常不利。相关研究结果可为该类筒仓的设计提供重要的参考。Fabricated corrugated steel silo is of great importance in grain storage.According to the tectonic characteristics of corrugated steel plate in fabricated corrugated steel silo,the finite element modeling and the analysis process are simplified by using an orthogonal anisotropy plate model instead of the corrugated one.The analysis of eccentric discharge effect on the mechanical performance of the silo is based on the simplification of eccentric load.The results show that the silo wall plate's corrugated shape has great effect,and it is good for the overall stress of silo;the stiffeners are in the bending state,and their bending moment's influence can't be ignored;eccentric discharge influence is striking,easily raises damage of fabricated corrugated steel silo structure,detrimental to the overall mechanical properties of the silo.The results could provide important reference for this kind of silo.
