摘  要:针对钢结构在外力作用下由于自身材料断裂韧度不足引起的断裂事故,按照Wells提出的CTOD断裂判据,建立X80钢薄板在受外载作用下的力学模型,并对其断裂韧度的安全性进行了评估。在裂纹体受载后,对原裂纹尖端垂直于裂纹方向的裂纹尖端张开位移δ进行了有限元计算,提出了K-δ方法、COD-δ方法和J-δ方法等有限元计算方法,且与断裂力学理论计算的δ结果误差极小。同时对X80钢断裂韧度按照BS 7448规范进行了测试,裂纹尖端张开位移的有限元计算方法和断裂韧度测试结果可供企业和科研院所参考。Aiming at the fracture accidents of steel structures caused by inadequate toughness of material under external forces,the security of the fracture toughness for the mechanical model of X80 thin steel plates under external forces was analyzed in accordance with Wells’ CTOD fracture criteria.For post-loaded crack,the crack tip opening displacement δperpendicular to the direction of crack within the original crack tip was calculated by finite element method.The K-δ method ,COD-δ method and J-δ method were presented,and the results are identical to the theoretical calculated results in fracture mechanics.Therefore the finite element calculating results have a high precision.The fracture toughness of X80 steel was tested according to BS 7448.The result for fracture toughness and finite element method of calculating crack tip opening displacement can be referred by enterprises and scientific research institutions.
