摘 要:采用HLB固相萃取柱和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS),在多反应监测(MRM)模式下建立了水环境中18种类固醇激素的快速测定方法.应用本文所建立的测试方法,对南京市8个主要湖泊及河流水样中的类固醇激素进行检测.所测水样中18种类固醇激素均有不同程度检出,孕酮(PGT)、六甲强龙(MTA)、泼尼松(PRE)和安宫黄体酮(MET)检出率为100%,诺龙(NT)、雄烯二酮(ADD)、甲基睾酮(MTTR)和倍他米松(BET)检出率在80%以上,安宫黄体酮(MET)最大检测量为52.03 ng·L-1,说明类固醇激素广泛存在于南京地表水中.NJ02监测位点位于人口稠密地区,水样中类固醇激素总量最高,达到131.97 ng·L-1,表明地表水中类固醇激素含量在很大程度上受人类活动的影响.A sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometric method (UPLC-MS/MS), combined with solid-phase extraction (SPE) was established for the determination of eighteen steroid hormones in surface water. The method was applied in the determination of steroid hormones in surface water of eight major lakes and rivers in Nanjing, China. Different concentrations and compositions of the target steroid hormones were detected in all samples. The detectable percentages of PGT, MTA, PRE and MET were 100% , and NT, ADD, MTTR and BET were higher than 80%. MET has the highest concentration (52.03 ng.L-1 ). The results show that steroid hormones widely exist in surface water of Nanjing. Additionally, it was found that the highest concentration of total steroid hormones (131.97 ng. L-1) appeared in sampling site N J02 close to densely populated area. This study also reveals that the steroid hormone residues in surface water are largely affected by human activities.
