摘　　要：简要介绍了绿色建筑技术在国内的发展趋势,并以上海浦东新区惠南民乐项目为例,介绍了绿色建筑设计方法在保障性住房中的实际应用,提出了适用于上海地区的保障性住房绿色建筑技术的选取原则。并总结了绿色建筑设计标识评选过程中需要注意的关键性技术和处理思路。This article briefly introduced the development trend of green building technology in China, and took the Minle project on Huinan Road in Pudong New Area of Shanghai for example, introduced the actual applications of the green building design methods in the welfare-oriented housing, proposed the selection principle of green building technologies suitable for the welfare-oriented housing in Shanghai, and summa- rized key technologies and treatment ideas to be noted during the selection of the green building design mark.
