摘  要:目的观察慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠的血管内皮功能变化以及电针的干预作用。方法采用慢性应激刺激结合孤养的方式建立大鼠慢性应激抑郁模型,分组后分别采用电针、氟西汀治疗21 d,通过敞箱试验观察大鼠的行为学变化;采用ELISA检测大鼠血清内皮素(ET)水平,硝酸还原酶法检测大鼠血清NO水平。结果模型组大鼠敞箱试验水平运动得分和垂直运动得分明显降低,电针和氟西汀可逆转此变化;模型组大鼠血清中ET水平升高、血清中NO水平降低,电针和氟西汀均可改善两者病理变化。结论慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠的血管内皮细胞功能受损,电针和氟西汀可改善这些变化。Objective: To observe the changes of vascular endothelial function in chronic stress depression mod- el rat and the interference of Electroacupuncture to the vascular endothelial function and explore the relationship between depression and cardiovascular disease. Method: The chronic unpredictable mild stress combined with solitarily feeding method was used to make the depression model. Using electro-acupuncture and fluoxetine for 21 days and observe changes of rats' behavior in the open box. Serum ET levels were determined by using enzyme- linked immunoabsorbent assay and serum NO levels were determined by using nitrate reductase method. Result: The horizontal and vertical movement scores of the model group were significantly decreased while electro- acupuncture and fluoxetine can reverse the change. Level of ET in serum in model group increased but level of NO in serum decreased. Electro-acupuncture and fluoxetine can obviously improve those pathological changed. Conclusion: The chronic unpredictable mild stress combined with solitarily feeding method induced changes of vascular endothelin cells disfunction in rats. Electro-acupuncture and fluoxetine can improve those pathological changes.
