芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析的方法研究芪参益气滴丸治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库(2013年第2期)、Embase(1966至2013年6月)、Pubmed(1966至2013年6月)、万方数字化期刊库(1981至2013年6月)、中国(CNKI)学术文献总库(1979至2013年6月)、中文科技期刊数据库(1989至2013年6月),按预先选择的纳入与排除标准选择临床随机对照试验、评价试验质量并提取资料,用RevMan 5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共初检出187篇文献,经筛选最终纳入13篇关于芪参益气滴丸治疗充血性心力衰竭的随机对照研究。以心功能改善为疗效尺度:χ2=11.10,df=12,P=0.52,合并OR=2.75,95%CI[2.07,3.66],Z=7.01(P<0.00001)。结论芪参益气滴丸治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效。Objective： To approach the efficacy and safety of Qishenyiqi Drip Pill on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods： Electronic searches were performed using the Cochrane Register Controlled Trials （Is- sue2,2013）, Pubmed （ 1966 to June, 2013 ）, Embase （ 1966to June, 2013 ）, CNKI （ 1979toJune, 2013 ）, Wanfang （ 198 ltoJune, 2013 ）, CNKI （ 1979 to June,2013 ）, and CSTP （ 1979 to June, 2013 ）. Randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were screened the retrieved studies according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of included studies was evaluated and used by RevMan 5.2 software for meta analysis. Results： 13 papers from 187 articles were finally included. With the heart function as the effect scales： x2=l 1.10, df=12 ,P = 0.52, Combi- nation OR=2.75 and 95% CI（2.07,3.66）,Z=7.01 （P〈 0.00001 ）. Conclusion： Qishenyiqi Drip Pill is effective and safe in treating chronic congestive heart failure.
