针刺四神聪为主治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺四神聪为主治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效。方法随机将103例颈性眩晕患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺四神聪为主治疗,对照组予天麻素注射液静滴,治疗周期为1周。结果治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组总有效率为90.38%,两组疗效相近(P>0.05)。结论针刺四神聪为主可有效改善颈性眩晕症状。Objective： to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sishengcong acupoint in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods： I03 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and con- trol group. The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy at Sishengcong acupoint while the control group was given gastrodine injection for 1 week. Results： total effective rate of treatment group was 88.24% while 90.38% in control group. Two groups had similar curative effect（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Sisheng- cong acupoint treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo.
