脉络疏通帖方防治药物性静脉炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉络疏通帖方防治药物性静脉炎的临床护理效果。方法选择本院肿瘤内科收治肿瘤首次化疗患者328例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组A各164例,观察组在输液前于输液穿刺点上方沿静脉走向把脉络疏通帖贴于皮肤上,对照组不用药,观察4 d、8 d输液后静脉炎的发生率及轻重程度;对已发生输液性静脉炎的92例患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组B各46例,治疗组采用脉络疏通帖治疗,对照组B给予50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察3 d、7 d两种疗法的临床治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组A 4 d静脉炎的发生率分别为23.17%和46.34%,8 d静脉炎的发生率分别为41.46%和67.80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组B 3 d的总有效率分别为63.04%和34.45%,7 d的总有效率分别为97.83%和84.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络疏通帖对药物性静脉炎有显著的防治作用。Objective： To explore more effective,convenient,and inexpensive TCM patch to prevent and treat phlebitis. Method： 328 tumor patients treated with chemotherapy for the first time were divided into two groups, with 164 cases in each group according to the random number table. Observation group was given choroid dredge patch above the puncture point stick to skin before infusion while control group was given no medication. Observe the incidence of phlebitis and its severity after 4 d and 8 d of infusion. Then 92 patients with phlebitis were di- vided into treatment group and control group （n=46）. The treatment group was given choroid dredge patch while the control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate wet compressing treatment. Observe clinical therapeutic ef- fects of the two groups in 3 d and 7 d. Results： Phlebitis occurrence rates were 23.17% and 46.34% respectively in observation group and control group in 4 days and 41.46% and 67.80% in 8 days. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The total curative rates were 63.04% and 34.45% in observation group and control group in 3 days,and 97.83% and 84.87% respectively in 7 days. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Choroid dredge patch plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of drug-induced phlebitis.
