摘　　要：对成排钢管定位装置进行了结构设计与探讨,分析了不同技术方案的优缺点,对成排钢管能量缓冲等关键技术进行了分析,提出了一种具有一体化、缓冲效果好、定尺精度高、造价低等特点的成排钢管精确定位装置,可提高钢管成材率。This paper investigated the structural design of the tube layer precise positioning device .The advantages and disadvantages of different technical solutions for the energy buffer are analyzed , then proposed a kind of integration, better buffering effect , high length accuracy positioning device and low cost , which can improve the tube product rate .
