摘　　要：目的：对我院62台便携式血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪血糖测定结果进行比对和偏移分析,以保证血糖检测结果的一致性.方法：以罗氏cobas C6000全自动生化仪为目标仪器,采集EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血20份,血糖水平分布在1.87～19.5 mmol/L.在我院的62台便携式血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪上重复测定3次,计算相对偏差.结果：62台与生化分析仪测定值相对偏倚在3.4％～3.9％,符合要求.结论：我院使用的便携式血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪血糖测定结果有较好的可比性.Objective： To analyze the comparison and bias of portable glucose meter with the automatic biochemistry analyzer for ensuring the consistency of blood glucose test results. Methods： Cobas C6000 automatic biochemistry analyzer was the target instrument, 20 cases of EDTA anticoagulation venous blood, distribution of blood glucose levels between 1.87-- 19.5 mmol/L. Measurements were three times repestedly on the 62 sets of portable glucose meter and automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results： The bias of 62 sets portable glucose meter were - 3.4 % -- 3.9 %, in line with Cobas C6000 automatic biochemistry analyzer. Conclusion： The results from portable glucose meter are comparable with the automatic biochemistry analyzer.
