围绝经期肥胖妇女游离睾酮、性激素结合球蛋白及脂联素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨围绝经期肥胖妇女游离睾酮（FT）、性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）、脂联素（AFN）的关系以及在不同的月经状态下腰臀比（WHR）、SHBG、FT及脂联素的变化.方法：①按月经周期情况分3组：规律组、37～60 d组、2～12月组,了解3组游离睾酮指数（FAI）、SHBG和脂联素变化.②96例均进行FT、脂联素与SHBG的相关性研究.结果：①3组比较,腰臀比、脂联素、睾酮、FAI差异有统计学意义.②96例分析：FAI与BMI、腰臀比呈正相关,与脂联素、SHBG呈负相关;脂联素与腰臀比、FAI呈负相关;差异均有统计学意义.结论：围绝经期肥胖妇女FAI的增加及脂联素的降低与腰围、WHR密切相关;年龄、体重和E2相当时,不同的月经状态与WHR、FT及脂联素有关.Objective： To investigate the relationship of the free testosterone （FT）, sex hormone binding globulin （SHBG） and adiponectin in obesity perimenopausal women and the change of WHR, SHBG, FT and adiponectin under the different state of menstruation. Methods： （1） 96 cases of obesity perimenopausal women, according to the menstrual cycle or regularity： 37-60 days, and 2-12 months, were divided into 3 groups, so as to know the changes of the free testosterone index （FAI）, SHBG and adiponectin in the three groups. （2）Correlation study of FT, adiponectin and SHBG in 96 cases were conducted. Results： OWaist-to-hip ratio, adiponectin, testosterone and FAI were of statistically significance. O The analysis of 96 cases indicated that FAI, waist-to-hip ratio, BMI were positively correlated, but were negatively correlated with adiponectin and SHBG; adiponectin are n ent. When the age, weight and E2 are equal, different state of menstruation is associated with WHR, FT and adiponectin.
