碘伏联合桂林西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏联合桂林西瓜霜喷剂对宫颈糜烂的治疗效果,为患者提供安全有效的治疗方法。方法:选取我院妇科门诊阴道镜检查诊断为宫颈糜烂患者180例,随机分成3组,A组60例给予0.5%碘伏联合桂林西瓜霜喷剂治疗;B组给予微波治疗加局部喷洒溃疡散;C组给予保妇康栓阴道自行放药治疗,停药后下次月经干净3d后回门诊复查,对治愈者1年后追踪随访复查。结果:A组有效率为98.33%,B组有效率为100%,C组有效率为43.33%,A组及B组有效率高于C组,有统计学意义(P均小于0.05),A组复发率最低。结论:碘伏联合桂林西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂方法简单,安全,无痛苦,疗程短,治愈效果好,且远期效果好。Objective： To investigate the effect of Guilin Watermelon Powder Spray combined with dine in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods： From January of 2012 to June of 2012, 180 iopa tients with cervical erosion diagnosed by colposcopy in the Gynecological Department of our hospital were selected in this study. The patients were randomized into 3 groups： Group A, B and C. Group A were treated with 0.5% iodine together with Guilin Watermelon Powder Spray. Group B by microwave together with local spray of anti-ulcer powder, and Group C by a vaginal suppository named Baofukang. All patients were reviewed 3 days after the next menstrual clean . In addition, the patients cured one year later were followed-up. Results： The effective rate were 98. 33% in Group A, 100% in Group B, and only 43.33% in Group C. There was statistical difference in Group A （P〈0.05） ; and the effective rate of Group B was higher than that of Group C, which was of statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of Group A was the lowest. Conclusion： Iodine combined with Guilin Watermelon Powder Spray in the treatment of cervical erosion is sirepie, safe, painless, shorter in therapy course and with a favorable long-term effect.
