电离子联合自体疣埋植治疗女性尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察电离子联合自体疣埋植对女性尖锐湿疣的治疗效果.方法：将93例女性尖锐湿疣随机分成为两组,治疗组48例给予电离子联合自体疣埋植治疗,对照组45例给予单纯电离子治疗,术后均予红霉素软膏外涂,观察疗效及不良反应.结果：经过1～4次治疗后,治疗组治愈41例,治愈率85.42％;对照组治愈27例,治愈率60.00％.两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：电离子联合自体疣埋植治疗女性尖锐湿疣疗效较好,简单易行,复发率低.Objective： To observe the curative effect of electricion combined with auto-verruca embed- ding on female condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods： 93 women with CA were randomized into 2 groups. 48 patients in the treatment group were treated by electricion combined with auto-verruca embedding, while the other 45 patients in the control group by only electricion. After operations, all patients in both groups were given erythromycin ointment to besmear. Then the effect and adverse reaction of the patients were observed. Results： After 1 to 4 times treatment, 41 patients in the treatment group were cured, with a curative rate of 85.42% while 27 patients in the control group were cure, with a curative rate of 60.00%. There was statistical difference between the 2 groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Electricion combined with auto-verruca embedding in treating female CA can bring better effect. Besides, it is simple to operate and low in recurrence rate.
