摘 要:通过实验研究了流动与换热过程对过冷水在过冷却器内结冰的影响,实验结果发现过冷水Re数过大或过小均易引起过冷却器结冰,提出了"制冰可靠Re数"概念;并对过冷却器结冰进行分类,基于经典形核理论与边界层理论对实验结果进行理论解释,提出了提高过冷却器制冰效率的有效方法。The influence of flow and heat transfer process on the freezing of supercooled water in the supercooler is studied through experiments. The results indicate that both the excessively largeor small Reynolds number of the supercooled water lead to the easily freezing in supercooler, and put forward the concept of Reliable Ice-making Reynolds Number. Furthermore, different kinds of the freezing process in supercooler are classified, coming up with the efficient ways to improve the efficiency of ice-making based on the theoretical interpretation of the experiments results through classical nucleation theory and boundary layer theory.
