摘 要:选1日龄健康的艾维音肉鸡120羽,随机分为非感染非免疫对照组(CK1组)、感染非免疫对照组(CK2组)、芽孢杆菌空载体对照组(Bacillus subtilis[pBE2],记为BS-P组)和基因工程菌试验组(Bacillus subtilis[pBE2-31E],记为BS-31E组)。试验组每千克饲料添加108 CFU重组枯草芽孢杆菌。17日龄时,各组鸡(CK1组除外)口服柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊5×104个/羽,感染后8d测定抗球虫指数,并每个重复随机抽取5只体质量相近的肉鸡测其生理生化指标。结果显示,试验组活载体疫苗对感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫的肉鸡有显著生理保护效果,抗球虫指数(ACI)B.S-31E组显著低于CK1,比CK2组显著提高了18.8%(P<0.05)。同时,与CK2组相比,试验组肉鸡血清一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)活力和一氧化氮(NO)含量显著提高(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力显著上升(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.01);乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿酸(UA)、血清葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结果表明,表达3-1E抗原基因的重组枯草芽孢杆菌作为活载体疫苗对肉鸡抵抗柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染具有一定的保护效果。One hundred and twenty chickens of /-day-old were randomly and equally divided into unmedicated-uninfected control, unmedicated-infected control, B.S-P control and B.S-31E group. The treatment group were fed a basal diet containing B.subtilis at concentration of 108 CFU/kg of diet. 17-day-old broilers (except unmedicated-uninfected control)were orally infected with 5 × 104 E. tellena. At 8 d after infected (24 days old),samples were taken from 5 birds each treetment. All pooled samples were frozen for measuring the physiologic and biochemical parameters. The re- sults showed that genetic engineering bacteria had significantly protective effects on the growth of the broilers. Compared with the CKI, the index of ACI in B. S-31 E group was significantly de- creased,but ACI was increased by 18.8%(P〈0.05)compared to the CK2. Additionally,compared with the CK2, the serum activities Of iNOS,GSH-Px, CAT and NO were respectively enhanced(P 〈0.05). The serum content of LDH,GOT and GPT were significantly increased(P〈0.05). Glucose,MAD and UA level in serum were significantly lowered (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). It is conclu- ded that B. S [-pBENS-31E] could improve the antioxidation ability and immunity of the broilers, thus produce a good protective effect against coccidiosis.
