摘　　要：高校学生群体性事件的时有发生,深刻影响了高校的和谐、稳定发展。高校群体性事件的现有防治对策存在单一化、被动化、规范化程度低、实效性差等缺陷。随着群体性事件法律化解机制的研究日益完善,依法治校进程的推进,从法律角度探析高校学生群体性事件的防治对策也必将取得实效。高校应转变管理观念和模式,畅通学生利益表达机制,重视高校行政信息公开,完善学生多元化权利救济途径,有效化解高校学生群体性事件,构建和谐校园。The happening of the college students＇mass incidents profoundly affected the harmony, stability and development of the colleges. There arc many defects on the present countermeasures of the mass incidents of the college, for example： simplification, passivization, the low degree of standardization, poor effectiveness and so on. As the research on resolution mechanism of ruling of law of the mass incidents are more perfect than ever, and as the advancement of the management of college of ruling of law, the discussion of the college students＂ mass incidents from the perspective of law especially administrative law to will obtain actual effects. Colleges and universities should change the concept and mode of management, establish the unbloeked benefit expression mechanism of students, attach great importance to the information disclosure of in college, improve the multiple remedies of students＇rights relief, effectively resolve the college students＇mass incidents, and construct a harmonious campus.
