摘　　要：目的通过对首都机场航站区近五年旅客院前死亡事件的分析，希望引起旅客及相关部门高度关注，确保旅客安全出行。方法对首都机场航站区2008-01—2012—12各种院前旅客死亡事件进行分析。结果猝死、晚期肿瘤死亡和意外伤害死亡是首都机场航站区旅客院前死亡的三个主要原因。结论希望相关部门尽快开展旅客适航宣传工作，普及员工院前急救技能，进一步完善和加强机场区域的旅客院前急救工作，减少旅客死亡事件，实现安全出行目的。Objective The present study aims to attract the attention of the passengers and the relevant departments to the safety of passengers traveling by analyzing the pre - hospital deaths that occurred on the capital airport terminal area in recent five years. Methods Pre - hospital deaths of the passengers＇ around the terminal airport area of the capital airport from January, 2008 to December, 2012 were analyzed. Results Sudden death, advanced cancer death and death by accident are three major causes of the capital airport terminal area passenger pre - hospital deaths. Conclusion In order to reduce passenger deaths and to guarantee safety travelling, relevant departments should carry out propaganda work for the passengers about the passenger air fitness, popularize the pre - hospital first - aid skills for all the staff work in the airport, and improve regional airport emergency pre - hospital care as soon as possible.
