摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸、混合醇、苯乙烯为原料,采用先酯化后聚合的工艺合成了甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯-苯乙烯共聚物。进行单因素及正交实验,确定的酯化反应的最佳工艺条件为:n(甲基丙烯酸)∶n(混合醇)=1.2∶1、w(溶剂)=45%、w(催化剂)=1.5%;最佳的聚合工艺条件为:n(甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯)∶n(苯乙烯)=1∶1.4、聚合时间4h、聚合温度80℃、w(溶剂)=45%、w(引发剂)=1.5%。IR表征表明:所制备产物(降凝剂)的官能团结构与设计的目标产物一致。当所合成的降凝剂加剂量为0.8%时,可使150SN润滑油基础油的凝点降低13℃。Methacrylic acid ester-styrene copolymer was synthesized by the processes of sterification and polymerization with methacrylic acid,mixed alcohols and styrene as raw materials.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted to determine the best esterification process conditions that n (methacrylic acid) ∶ n(mixed alcohols) =1.2 ∶ 1,w(solvent) =45% and w(catalyst) =1.5%.The best polymerization process conditions were as that n(esterification products) ∶ n(styrene)=1 ∶ 1.4,polymerization time 4 h,polymerization temperature 80 ℃,w(solvent) =45 %,w(initiator) =1.5 %.The copolymer was characterized by IR.Results showed that the molecular functional group of the preparation product matched with the designing target product.150SN lubricating oil pour point could be lowered by 13 ℃ when the dosage was 0.8%.
