摘  要:针对矿山废水中酸度、重金属离子Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+和Zn2+等的高成本处理问题,采用膨润土+不同碱性辅助材料+不同粘结剂制备低成本环境矿物颗粒吸附剂,通过静态实验从对重金属离子Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+和Zn2+的吸附去除效果、颗粒散失率、总碱度释放以及颗粒成本进行综合对比筛选研究。结果表明,以质量分数5%的碳酸钠为粘结剂的膨润土-钢渣复合颗粒吸附剂对重金属离子Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+和Zn2+的吸附去除效果好、散失率低、总碱度释放量较高、成本低,对实际酸性矿山废水处理后,既可以使酸性矿山废水达到排放标准,又使水处理成本最低,是处理含重金属离子酸性矿山废水的廉价、环保、高效水处理材料。There is a positive way to solve the problem of high-cost dealing with the acidity, heavy metal like Fe^2+、Mn^2+、Cu^2+,Zn^2+ in mine drainage. The low-cost environmental mineral particles were prepared by using bentonite with different alkaline auxiliary materials and different binders. The screening studies based on the comprehensive comparative through static tests of the adsorption removal effect of Fe^2+、Mn^2+、Cu^2+,Zn^2+, particle loss rates, total alkalinity releasing and cost. The results show that 5% binder bentonite-slag composite particle adsorbent is the superior particle. It has outstanding adsorption removal effect on Fe^2+、Mn^2+、Cu^2+,Zn^2+, low loss rate, high total alkalinity releasing and low cost. Aider using it to deal with the actual acid mine drainage, the water can meet emission standards and the treatment cost is the lowest. It is the low-cost, environmentally fi-iendly, efficient water treatment material for dealing with acid mine drainage containing heavy metals.
