摘 要:通过改变添加剂的浓度、水温、浸泡时间和操作压力来处理磺化聚砜超滤膜,利用测试纯水通量,牛血清白蛋白的截留率表征超滤膜的性能,通过扫描电镜观察膜的结构,XPS表面分析结果观察硫元素含量。结果表明,处理后的聚砜超滤膜比未处理的聚砜膜,在性能上有明显的提高,纯水通量测试结果可达855 L/(m2·h),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为98.13%。膜片处理后,确定了水温为60℃,浸泡时间为8 h的膜片亲水性能明显增加。The sulfonated polysulfone membrane was treated by changing the concentration of the additive, the water temperature, the length of immersion time and the operation stress. The water flux and the serum albumin rejection were used to display the ultrafiltration membrane performance. The scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the structure of the membrane and the XPS was used to observe the contents of various elements on different PSF membranes surface. Experimental results showed that the properties of treated polysulfone membrane was much better than that unmodified, the water flux was up to 855 L/ (m^2·h),the flux of bovine serum albumin was 119 L/ (m^2·h) and the retention rate was 98.13%. By the treatment test we conclued that under the conditions of temperature of 60 degrees, the soaking time of 8 hours, the hydrophilic properties of the film increased significantly.
