摘 要:表征混匀作业质量的重要参数是混匀料堆的TFe合格率和SiO2合格率。混匀作业质量决定着烧结矿的质量,而烧结矿的冶金性能主导着决定产量和焦比的高炉综合炉料的冶金性能。本文通过实例对混匀料堆TFe合格率和SiO2合格率与高炉综合炉料(烧结矿)冶金性能之间的关系进行了调查,并从数学分析和高炉冶炼两个角度对混匀作业与高炉产量、焦比之间的关系进行了探讨。Two important parameters for the quality of characteristic blending operations are TFe qualification rate and SiO2 qualification rate of blending stockpile. The quality of blending operations determines the quality of sinter, and the metallurgical properties of sinter dominate the metallurgical properties of comprehensive blast furnace burden which determines BF yield and coke ratio. In this paper, the relationship between the metallurgical properties of comprehensive blast furnace burden (sinter) and TFe qualification rate and SiO2 qualification rate of blending stockpile was investigated through a practical example, and the relationship between blending operations and blast furnace yield and coke ratio were discussed from perspectives of mathematical analysis and blast furnace smelting.
