摘　　要：目的　研究莴笋花 Costuslacerus的化学成分。方法　采用硅胶柱层析分离 ,Sephadex L H - 2 0柱纯化 ,分得10个化合物 :通过波谱技术和化学降解进行 8个化合物的结构鉴定。结果　它们分别为 :二十八烷酸 ( ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( ) ,薯蓣皂苷元 ( ) ,胡萝卜苷 ( ) ,薯蓣次苷 B( ) ,薯蓣次苷 A( ) ,薯蓣皂苷 ( ) ,纤细薯蓣皂苷 ( )。结论　化合物 , , 和Object To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Costus lacerus Gagnep Methods 10 compounds were isolated on silica gel column chromatography and purified by Sephadex LH 20 8 of which were structurally elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical degradation Results They were identified as octacosanoic acid (Ⅰ), β sitosterol (Ⅱ), diosgenin (Ⅲ), daucosterin (Ⅳ), prosapogenin B of dioscin (Ⅴ), prosapogenin A of dioscin (Ⅵ), dioscin (Ⅶ) and gracillin (Ⅷ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time
