基于香豆素荧光增白剂的高分子型光稳定剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：采用Pechmann法,在酸性条件下,乙酰乙酸乙酯和间苯二酚发生脱水缩合反应,生成了7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素荧光增白剂。用三聚氯氰作为"桥梁",将7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素和紫外线吸收剂2,4-二羟基-二苯甲酮引入同一分子中,再分别与聚乙二醇系列产品进行缩聚反应,合成了高分子型光稳定剂。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱、荧光光谱和紫外光加速老化实验对合成产物进行了结构表征、光学性质研究和应用效果考察。结果表明,经过48h光老化处理后,涂有香豆素荧光增白剂、荧光返黄单体及高分子型光稳定剂的纸张白度比空白纸样分别少下降了0.84ISO%、3.96ISO%、5.35ISO%,相比于传统的荧光增白剂和荧光返黄单体,合成的高分子型光稳定剂对纸张有更好的返黄抑制效果。Employing the Pechmann method, 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin type fluorescent brightener was synthesized through dehydration condensation reaction of resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate under acid condition. With cyanuric chloride as a bridge, polymer light stabilizer was synthesized through joining the 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin, ultraviolet absorber 2,4-dihydroxy-benzophenone and the series of polyethylene glycol in the same molecule. The molecular structures were characterized by IR spectra and 1H-NMR; optical properties were measured by UV spectra and fluorescence spectra; the effect of anti-yellowing was tested on handsheet by the ultraviolet aging apparatus. The results show that the whiteness of paper coated with coumarin fluorescent brighteners, fluorescent monomer and the polymer light stabilizer decrease by 0.84ISO%, 3.96ISO%, 5.35ISO% respectively less than that of the blank sample. Compared to the conventional fluorescent brighteners and fluorescence anti-yellowing monomer, the new polymer light stabilizer has better anti-yellowing effect for paper.
