摘 要:以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,引入反应型阻燃剂二溴新戊二醇,采用半预聚物法制备了阻燃双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究了不同聚醚多元醇对胶粘剂适用期、阻燃性能、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,以聚丙二醇1000(PPG1000)、聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)和聚四氢呋喃二醇1000(PTMG1000)为原料制备的胶粘剂的氧指数分别为28.4、28.6和29.7。以PPG1000为原料制备的胶粘剂具有更大的拉伸强度,而以PTMG1000为原料制备的胶粘剂具有更长的适用期、更好的热稳定性和更低的玻璃化转变温度。The two-component polyurethane adhesives were prepared with polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate and reactive flame retardant dibromoneopentyl glycol. The properties of polyurethane adhesives, such as viscosity, flame retardancy, mechanical property and thermal property, were characterized. Limiting oxygen index(LOI) analysis indicates that the oxygen index of the polyurethane adhesives prepared by polypropylene glycol 1000(PPG1000),polypropylene glycol 2000(PPG2000) and poly(tetramethylene glycol) 1000 (PTMG1000) is 28.4, 28.6 and 29.7, respectively. The polyurethane adhesive prepared with PPG1000 shows an excellent tensile strength, while the polyurethane adhesive prepared with PTMG1000 has the longest pot life, the best thermal stability and the lowest glass transition temperature.
