摘  要:以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)为混合稀释剂,2,2-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)磷酸钠(NA-40)为成核剂,采用热致相分离(TIPS)法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜,并考察了NA-40含量对PVDF膜结构、泡点压力、最大及平均膜孔径与渗透性能的影响。研究表明,NA-40的加入可抑制成膜过程中大球晶的生长,且随着NA-40含量的增加,膜的最大孔径,平均孔径及纯水通量先减小后增加。当NA-40的质量分数为0.5%时,PVDF膜结构均匀,纯水通量达到1220 L/(m2·h),并具有良好的截留性能。Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous membranes were prepared using tributyl phosphate (TBP)/ di(ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) as dilute mixture and NA-40 as nucleating agent via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The effects of nucleating agent concentration on the structure, bubble point pressure, maximum and mean pore sizes, and permeation properties of the membranes were studied. The results indicate that with the addition of NA-40, the crystallization rate increases and the aggregation of spherulites are suppressed. As the NA-40 concentration increases, the maximum pore sizes, the mean pore sizes and the pure water permeability flux of membranes decrease firstly and then increase. When the mass fraction of NA-40 is 0.5%,the membranes show an uniform structure and homogeneous pore size; the water permeability flux reaches 1220 L/(m2·h), and the membranes have a good selectivity.
