菜粕型日粮对蜀宣花牛生长性能的影响及经济效益分析

摘　　要：本试验用菜粕替代蜀宣花牛日粮中的豆粕水平,对20头蜀宣花牛进行112d的育肥饲养,研究其对蜀宣花牛生长性能的影响,并做了相应的经济效益分析。结果表明,对照组和3个试验组的干物质采食量、日增重和饲料转化效率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明用菜粕替代豆粕作为蜀宣花牛日粮的蛋白来源,对蜀宣花牛的生长性能无不良影响,但却显著降低了饲养成本。20 Shuxuan Cattle were fattened for 112 days,rapeseed meal replaced soybean meal to feed. The auther studied the effect of rapeseed meal on Shuxuan cattle′s growth performance and economic benefits. The results showed that the dry matter intake, daily gain and feed efficiency were not significantly different （P〉0.05） on each test and control group. It proved that rapeseed meal was a protein sources replacing soybean meal in the Shuxuan cattle′s diets. It had no adverse effects on growth performance,but reduced the cost of feeding.
