摘　　要：城市管理学的学科发展急需厘清一些基础性问题。城市管理学研究对象是城市管理,其基本任务是发展城市公共品体系,满足城市公共需求。目前,城市管理学研究日益陷入学科泛化与散漫化状态,混淆具体业务活动与城市管理活动的边界而使学科基本问题与核心内容研究缺乏。城市管理学理论框架和学科知识体系的构建迫切要求强化基础理论研究,突出一般创新和特色创新,"接着讲"与"讲我的"并重。Some basic problems need to be clarified in the disciplinary development of city management. As a discipline, it is on city management and its basic task is to develop urban public goods system and to satisfy city public needs. The study on city management is increasingly flinging into generalization and becoming unorganized, and few studies are on the basic problems and core contents because of the mixture of specific business activities and management activities.The construction of theoretical framework and knowledge system of city management are urged to enhance its basic theory study, to share equal status of＂ further explanation＂ and ＂self view＂, and to highlight the general innovation and char- acteristic innovation.
