摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮腰椎间盘髓核钳夹术后腰椎间隙感染的护理方法.方法 通过对我科2010～2012年收治的8例腰椎间隙感染病情患者特点进行分析,分别对其进行卧床休息、疼痛、心理、体温、感染及康复锻炼等护理.结果 8例患者在有效治疗与护理后均痊愈出院,未复发.结论 完善的疼痛、心理、感染护理及康复锻炼等护理有效地促进了患者的康复.Objective To explore the nursing methods of the intervertebral infection after the operation of percutaneous lumbardise clamp. Methods Make an analysis on the characteristics of 8 patients with intelvertehral infection, and nurse them in the aspects of bed rest, pain, psychological care, body temperature, infection and rehabilitation exercises. Results After effective treatment and care 8 patients were cured without recurrence. Conclusion Improved pain, psychological and infection nursing, and rehabilitation training effectively？promote the rehabilitation of patients.
