摘　　要：介绍了稳定绕组对低压绕组中性点电位漂移的电磁耦合作用,推导了中性点及线端对地电位的解析公式,并提出了此类问题的解决方案。The neutral point line terminal vided. electromagnetic coupling effect on stable winding to potential driftage of of LV winding is introduced, the analytical formulation of neutral point and potential to ground is deduced and the solution of these problems is provided.
