雌三醇软膏与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果及预防复发作用

摘　　要：目的探讨雌三醇软膏与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果及预防复发作用。方法选择2008年7月~2013年2月浙江省杭州市萧山医院妇产科门诊治疗的老年性阴道炎患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。观察组患者予以雌三醇软膏与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗,对照组予以单纯的雌三醇软膏治疗,两组均连用10 d。治疗后停药1周进行复查,观察两组患者临床效果,并比较两组患者随访观察3个月和6个月内的复发率。结果治疗停药1周进行复查,观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%（χ2=4.20,P〈0.05）;同时随访观察发现观察组患者3个月和6个月内的复发率分别为12.12%和24.24%,明显低于对照组的33.33%和51.85%（χ2=3.94、4.87,均P〈0.05）。结论雌三醇软膏与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗老年性阴道炎具有较好的临床效果,能明显改善患者的临床症状及体征,减轻阴道炎症,并能明显降低其复发率。Objective To discuss curative effect and reoccurrence prevention function of Estriol Cream combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules to treat senile vaginitis. Methods 70 cases of patients with senile vaginitis, who were given the medical treatment in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Xiaoshan People＇s Hospital from July 2008 to February 2013 were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random with 35 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given Estriol Cream combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules for 10days, while the patients in control group were only given Estriol Cream for 10 days. The reexamination was carried on after one week upon the drug withdrawal, and the clinical curative effect of patients in two groups were observed, and reoccurrence rates of patients in two groups within 3 and 6 months after the medical treatment were compared as well.Results According to the reexamination one week after the drug withdrawal, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was 94.29%, which was much higher than that in control group（77.14%）（χ2=4.20, P 0.05）. Meanwhile, the reoccurrence rates within 3 and 6 months of patients in observation group were followed up and observed to be 12.12% and 24.24%, which were much lower than those in control group（33.33% and 51.85%）（χ2=3.94, 4.87, all P 0.05）. Conclusion Estriol Cream combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules has favorable curative effect on senile vaginitis, which can obviously improve the clinical symptom and physical signs, reduce the vagina inflammation and reduce the reoccurrence rate.
