电针评价周围性面瘫程度与预后评测的临床研究

摘　　要：目的用电针刺激面神经评价90例周围性面瘫严重程度以及评测预后,探讨电针是否可用于周围性面瘫的评价及与House-Brackman量表的相关性。方法对急性周围性面瘫患者取牵正、翳风二穴,针刺后用电针连续波连接二穴,观察面部肌群的收缩运动状态,以此评价周围性面瘫严重程度并对预后进行评测,并用House-Brackman面瘫评定系统作相关性分析。结果电针预测与House-Brackman量表对面瘫程度评价的比较,未见显著性差异,二者相关性高,呈负相关。结论电针刺激面神经可以对面瘫进行分级并预测预后。Objective To investigate if electroacupuncture can be used to assess the severity and prognosis of peripheral facial paralysis, and the correlation with the House-Brackmann scale by evaluation using electroacupuncture stimulation of facial nerves in 90 patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Method Points Qianzheng（Ex-HN16） and Yifeng（TE17） were selected in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis. After needle insertion, the two points were given electroacupuncture with continuous waves. The contractile activities of facial muscle groups were observed to assess the severity and prognosis of peripheral facial paralysis. A correlation analysis was made using the House-Brackmann Facial Nerve Grading System. Result There was no statistically significant difference between assessments of facial paralysis severity using electroacupuncture and the H-B scale. The two had a high negative correlation. Conclusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of facial nerves can grade facial paralysis and make a prognosis.
