不同波形电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较及其对血清白介素-6的干预

摘　　要：目的观察不同波形电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及其对患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将98例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为电针A组(连续波,频率为2 Hz)50例、电针B组(疏密波,频率为2/100 Hz)48例,分别按组接受不同频率电针治疗,10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后对临床疗效进行观察,并采用ELISA法对治疗前后血清IL-6进行检测。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),电针B组临床愈显率87.5%,明显优于电针A组,治疗后血清IL-6含量明显下降(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用2/100 Hz电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显提高愈显率,提高临床疗效;电针能够降低患者血清IL-6含量,这可能是电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the clinical efficacies of electroacupuncture with various waves in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（LIDH） and the effect on serum interleukin 6（IL-6）. Method Ninety-eight LIDH patients were randomized into electroacupuncture group A（continuous wave, 2 Hz）（n=50） and electroacupuncture group B（sparse-intense wave, 2/100 Hz）（n=48） to receive corresponding electroacupuncture treatments, 10 d as a treatment course. After 2 treatment courses, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the serum IL-6 was detected before and after treatment by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Result There was no significant difference in comparing the total effective rate between the two groups（P0.05）. The recovery and markedly-effective rate was 87.5% in electroacupuncture group B, significantly better than that in electroacupuncture group A. After treatment, the IL-6 contents dropped significantly（P0.05）, but the inter-group difference was insignificant（P0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture with 2/100 Hz can significantly promote the recovery and markedly- effective rate in treating LIDH, and thus can enhance the clinical efficacy; electroacupuncture can reduce the serum IL-6 content, and the regulation of IL-6 content is possibly one of the action mechanisms of electroacupuncture in treating LIDH.
