摘 要:目的调查医院临床检验人员的职业倦怠状况,为医院管理提供依据。方法随机选取济宁市5家级别不同医院的80名临床检验人员,采用中文版M职业倦怠量表(MBI)对其进行问卷调查。结果临床检验人员的职业倦怠检出率为65.0%,情感耗竭、去人格化维度明显高于国内常模(P<0.01),低个人成就感维度得分明显低于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论医院临床检验人员的职业倦怠不容忽视,医院管理者应给予相应的干预措施,以降低或消除临床检验人员的职业倦怠,更好地维护其心理健康。Objective To servey the burnout condition of clinical laboratory staff of hospital in order to provide the ba- sis for the hospital management. Methods 80 clinical laboratory staff from five different rank hospitals were selected randomly and they were given questionnaire survey by Chinese version of Malasch burnout inventory(MBI). Results The burnout detection rate of clinical laboratory staff was 65.0%,the dimension score of emotional exhaustion and deperson- alization were highter than that of the national norm (P〈0.01),the dimension score of low personal accomplishment was significantly lower than that of the national norm (P〈0.01). Conclusion The burnout condition of clinical laboratory staff of hospital can not be ignored,the hospital managers should give them homologous intervention measure in order to reduce or remove burnout condition of clinical laboratory staff, and to better preserve their psychological health.
