摘  要:目的研究香叶菖蒲和药典石菖蒲新鲜叶的挥发油化学成分,并进行对比分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香叶菖蒲和石菖蒲挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对挥发油的化学成分进行研究。结果从香叶菖蒲和石菖蒲挥发油中分别鉴定了12和13种成分,主要化学成分的种类相似,其中α-细辛醚为二者的主要成分,含量分别占总挥发油的69.52%和49.57%。结论香叶菖蒲和石菖蒲挥发油含量丰富,研究结果为二者的进一步开发利用提供了实验依据。Objective:To research the chemical components of volatile oils from the fresh leaves of Acorus xingyeus Z.Y.Zhu and A. tatarinowii Schott. Methods:GC-MS method was used to analyze the compositions of volatile oils which was refinedly extracted from A. xingyeus and A. tatarinowii by distillation method. Results:28 GC-MS peaks of the volatile oils from A. xingyeus have been detected and 13 compounds have been identified;49 GC-MS peaks of volatile oils from A. tatarinowii were found and 14 compounds were identified. The contents ofα-asarone from two plants account for 69.52%and 49.57%, respectively. Conclusion:The experimental results provide evidence to make use of A. xingyeus and A. tatarinowii.
