分段外剥横扎加注射术治疗嵌顿环状混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分段外剥横扎加注射术治疗嵌顿环状混合痔临床疗效。方法将60例嵌顿环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(30例)采用分段外剥横扎加注射术,对照组(30例)采用传统外剥内扎术,观察比较两组患者治愈率、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄、尿潴留。结果治疗组治愈率、创面愈合时间优于对照组,术后水肿、疼痛、肛门狭窄、尿潴留并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论采用分段外剥横扎加注射术治疗嵌顿环状混合痔疗效好,术后并发症少。Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of the segmented external strip transverse ligation therapy with the injection in treatment for incarcerated ringlike mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： 60 patients with incarcerated ringlike mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group （30 cases） was treated with the segmented external strip transverse ligation therapy with the injection, control group （30 cases） with the traditional internal strip technique. The cure rate, the wound healing time, postoperative pain, edema, anal stricture and urinary retention of the two groups were observed and compared. Results：Of the treatment group, the cure rate is higher, wound healing time are shorter, occurrence rate of the complication as the swelling, the pain, anal the stenosis less, urinary retention complication rates is significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion： The efficacy of the segmented external strip transverse ligation therapy with the injection in treatment for incarcerated ringlike mixed hemorrhoid is well with less postoperative complications.
