摘　　要：目的　了解高血压患者视网膜中央动脉血流动力学变化，为临床高血压病分期提供辅助诊断指标。方法采用美国ＡＴＬ公司ＨＤＩ３０００彩色多普勒超声仪测量６８例原发性高血压患者视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、阻力指数。结果随病程的进展，原发性高血压视网膜中央动脉阻力指数增高，血流速度降低，以舒张期末期流速改变明显。结论视网膜中央动脉数量化参数，对于高血压眼底病变的检测，较以传统的血管形态描述为主的检查方法，更为客观主直接。Objective To study hemodynamic change of central retinal artery in primary hypertensive patients. Methods The central retinal arteries of 68 cases suffered from primary hypertension were examined by color doppler sonography. Results With the aggregtion of primary hypertension, the index of vascular resistance of the central retinal artery increased gradually and the velocity of the blood now decreased accordingly, especially at the end of the diastolic phase. Conclusion The blood flow spectral parameter of the central retinal artery is more objective and direct than that of traditional methods of description of the shape of the retinal blood vessels in indication of tile seventy of the eyeground disease.
