摘  要:本文用粉纹法观察磁畴与腐蚀坑相结合的方法,研究了冷轧无取向硅钢片晶粒不同晶面,在轧面上呈现的磁畴及该畴结构对应的蚀坑坑形。进一步计算出各种畴所占百分比及其对磁性的影响。用真空热处理作了不同温度的热处理后对每种工艺统计出不同尺寸晶粒占的百分比,并与原始态作比较,阐述了各种状态下晶粒尺寸对铁损的影响。获得了接近临界平均晶粒尺寸的最佳值及其热处理工艺。The magnetic domain structure exhi- bited on the rolled face of varied cystal face of grain inthe cold-rolled monoriented silicon steel sheet and etch pits sha pe corresponed to this domain structure were investigated by the powder pattern tech- nique and etch pits method.Then percen- tage of all kinds of domain and its effect on magnetic properties were also calculated.After vacuum heat treatment for various temperature the statistics(in percent) of varied grain sizes is made for each treatment comparing to that of original state.The effect of grain size in varied states on loss was discussed. The optimum value closed to the critial average grain size and correspondent heat treatment were obtained.
