摘　　要：目的了解眼球摘除术后患者的心理状态,并提出相应的心理护理对策。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)对24例眼球摘除术后患者进行调查。结果本组患者人际关系敏感因子得分为(28.78±0.61)分,抑郁因子得分为(40.76±0.65)分,焦虑因子得分为(33.86±0.62)分,恐怖因子得分为(23.88±0.46)分。结论针对性的心理护理,可帮助患者消除不良情绪及心理压力,促进患者形成良好的心态,更好地回归社会。Objective To study the psychological status of patients having undergone eyeball enucleation,and put forward the corresponding strategy for psychological nursing.Method The symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）was used to investigate their psychological status after eyeball enucleation.Result The scores on interpersonal relationship sensitivity factor,depression factor, anxiety factor and terror factor（28？78＆#177;0？61）,（40？76＆#177;0？65）,（33？86＆#177;0？62）and（23？88＆#177;0？46）,respectively.Conclusions Pertinent psychological nursing may help patients to eliminate the adverse emotional and psychological pressures,promoting them to develop a good state of mind,and return to the society better？
