硝酸甘油复合艾司洛尔控制性降压在鼻内镜手术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝酸甘油复合艾司洛尔控制性降压在鼻内镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择本院2013年1月~2013年6月收治的40例择期行鼻内镜手术患者,随机分为两组,每组20例,对照组采用常规麻醉方法,观察组在对照组基础上,采用硝酸甘油复合艾司洛尔控制性降压,比较两组的出血量、手术时间、MAP和HR。结果观察组的出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术中MAP低于术前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组术前和术中的HR比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论硝酸甘油复合艾司洛尔控制性降压应用于鼻内镜手术中,不仅能减少出血量,还能缩短手术时间,达到理想的麻醉状态。Objective To observe application effect of nitroglycerin combined with esmolol for controlled hypotension in nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 40 patients undergone nasal endoscopic surgery from January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,20 cases of each group.Conventional methods of anesthesia was used in control group,on the basis of control group,nitroglycerin combined with esmolol for controlled hypotension was used in observation group.The amount of bleeding,operation time,MAP and HR was compared in two goups respectively.Results The amount of bleeding in observation group was less than that in control group,operation time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Intraoperative MAP in observation group was lower than that before operation,with statistical difference（P0.05）.HR was compared in two goups,with no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with esmolol for controlled hypotension applied in nasal endoscopic surgery,not only reduces the amount of bleeding,but also shortens operation time,which achieves an optimal anesthesia.
